Yoav Regev  Operations Manager  Yoav Regev has 12 years experience in operations management at Danaher from 1993 to 2006. Yoav joined the company when it was a local startup by the name of Servotronix. The company specialized in Digital Servo motor controllers. Mr Regev introduced a needed professionalism to the company, growing it to the point where it was acquired by Kolmorgin which was later acquired by Danaher. Mr Regev was responsible for all aspects of Operations Management for Danaher , through Purchasing, IT, Contract manufacturing, and overall customer support growing the operation from $2-40M/USD Yuval Agmon, Chief Financial Officer Yuval Agmon is both a Certified Accountant and an Operations Manager.  From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Agmon was involved in the financial community, where he specialized in the futures market.  In 1997 Mr. Agmon became CFO of Appletec Ltd. and in 2003 became CFO of LV Power.  Mr. Agmon’s activities extend far beyond the “traditional”  accounting functions.  In addition to preparing yearly budgets and ongoing cash flow budgeting, Mr. Agmon is deeply involved in aspects of IT at LV Power, the new SAP computer manufacturing system and he conducted negotiations on the construction of our new 5,000² Ft LV Power building.
